WHO AM I?

Growing up as an athlete, I have always had a solid interest in fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately my Mexican family’s health habits were not the best and because of my childhood trauma I used food to cope with my feelings without awareness.

This lead me to many years of being a little overweight and lack of self confidence. I became a mother in my early 20’s and that was the pivotal point in my health. With the responsibility of taking care of two children alone I decided to change my health habits to show them a better way.

My life completely changed for the better when I decided to compette in bodybuilding as it challenged me not only to build the right habits to a specific goal but keep them as well. Competing for the last 5 years and 3 years as a professional I have build the understanding and awareness to help others along the path to LOVEHER.

I have helped a large number of clients lose weight, drop body fat, and feel amazing through one on one as well as group training sessions; however I am now adding a Happiness program! I have a passion for helping others and it truly makes me happy to see client's reach their fitness/weight loss goals. The statement "if you love what you do you will never work a day in your life" is very true as I wake up each day with excitement about who I can help feel great each day!
